Similar to the SE version, the SE Plus has a carrying capacity of 350kg's and a maximum wheelbase of 1650mm to take the majority of bikes - it does however have an advantage over the SE trailer in that it can be converted into a TE twin trailer at a later date should you find that you need to transport two bikes. The SE Plus has heavier rated suspension which does not make any difference to the carrying capacity as a single trailer, however due to it's modular design, if you purchase a Conversion Kit you are supplied with the necessary components to then build your SE Plus as a twin trailer with a carrying capacity of 560kg's for two bikes, as and when required. As per the SE trailer the SE Plus is supplied with a loading system allowing you to load your bike without assistance. The trailer can be assembled in a matter of minutes without the need for any tools and is fully collapsible for storage when not in use. Designed and manufactured in the UK, all Motolug SE Plus trailers carry statutory plates stating their own unique VIN number and have EC Whole Vehicle Type Approval which certifies the homologation of the vehicle in accordance with Directive 2007/46/EC. Depending on your requirements, all trailers are supplied with either a UK or EU version of the certified lighting system which is wired to a 7 pin plug.
